The Italian Association of Ambassadors of Taste is the first association that brings together the excellence of Italian catering in a single aggregative reality, with the aim of creating a system to enhance the national agri-food and wine and food cultural heritage, in Italy and abroad.

40 (editions), plus one. Completely rethought and rewritten, like every year, this Guide represents the photograph of a lively, rich, varied restaurant, which consolidates and enriches its strengths but is updated and diversified, also changing its characteristics and characteristics.

At the classic “restaurant”, at the “trattoria”, at the “pizzeria”, as we have always understood them, there are new models, both in form and in the gastronomic identity: fast food, places of street food, delicatessen shops that change the offer during the day (from breakfast to dinner, through fast lunch and aperitif), the local ethnic cuisine, those for vegetarians and vegans, the traditional pizzerias and those so-called “gourmet”, the hamburgerie, the paninerias, the piadinerie … The Guide aims, in fact, to give a critical reading of what happens in the “Italian restaurant”

Charming Italian Chef is an association among the most interesting association in the Italian scene. CHIC is an open platform, where the exchange of ideas and experiences and the interaction between members give rise to a cultural growth of the whole movement.

Professionals able to rewrite, with inspiration, a universe of flavors that comes from the encounter of territories and unique products, of which Italy is rich. AMPI, founded in June 1993 from an idea by Iginio Massari, unites the experience of pastry chefs who stand out in the national sector for their high qualitative and professional contribution and for their strong artistic skills applied to the Italian tradition with the aim of promoting the “quality pastry shop”.
