A project with a Mediterranean soul that has gathered around itself many friends and professionals engaged in the preservation of traditional cuisine that does not renounce quality and experimentation, to explore increasingly distant borders.

I 5 SENSI

The 5 senses event is where they meet: cuisine and culture. The theme of the event is “SHARE”, which aims to raise funds in order to create a training workshop for the employment of young people with psycho-cognitive delays.

In addition to the Chef , there were: Pizza chef, pastry chef and ice cream maker . The starred chefs involved will prepare international finger food, in an intertwining of unrivaled food and wine culture, with the goal of communicating with all 5 senses …

The proceeds from the event are entirely donated to the De@Esi Association.

FESTA A VICO

Chefs from all over Italy, realize their dishes inside and outside the shops of the village animating streets, gardens and palaces of the city center.

About 50 starred chefs, divided into brigades, cook their delicacies for almost 300 guests to celebrate the half century of the local Vicano.

Traditional appointment with about 20 multi-starred chefs that make unforgettable dinner for 200 diners. Haute cuisine and glamor.

Street food “themed” in the “stations” of Seiano, by some of the most enterprising Chefs of our Panorama in a breathtaking location like that of the marina.

Following the meeting with the 5 pastry chefs of the Dessert Strom.

The entire amount donated will be allocated to ONULUS projects.

MAESTRI DEL LIEVITO MADRE

NOTTE DI STELLE

Notte di Stelle is the charity event organized in the former Villa Salati, in the archaeological area of ​​Paestum (Salerno), to help the associations Venite Libenter and Don Arcangelo Giglio who intend to build a Locanda dell’Accoglienza. The big names in Italian catering – 20 chefs, each representing one
region of Italy, 20 chefs from Campania, 20 pizza chefs from the north to the south of the peninsula, 20 pastry chefs and artisans of taste – will provide their skills to help build this Locanda dell’Accoglienza. The funds raised will finance the project for the recovery and transformation of a farmhouse with over 8 hectares of land donated to the Venite Libenter association in a reception center for people in difficult conditions.

FESTIVAL DELLA GASTRONOMIA

Il festival della Gastronomia is an event aimed at gathering users and passionate operators in the world of gastronomy. In recent years the knowledge of food and wine has grown enormously, which are not only the patrimony of a few experts, but of an ever wider public.
